PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS, THEY HAVE ASSOCIATED COSTS.

Returns

 Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within the 30 days after receipt.

In this case, the order must comply with the following conditions:

  1. The order must contain all original components, and the packaging must be in the same condition in which it was received.
  2. The use of the product must be reasonable. No returns will be accepted for items damaged by careless handling.
  3. Products where hygiene is essential must be completely clean before starting the return process.
  4. The product must have shown defects immediately upon receipt.
  5. We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.
  6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days. If the conditions are met, it will be officially confirmed within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the products have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  1. Send an email to: info@hollis-toronto.com
  2. Be sure to include the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return request
    • Product photo (in case of damage)
    • Full name
    • Customer's address

We will contact you to provide you with the return address.
Never send the package to the sender; we will give you the correct address upon request.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned product.

CANCELLATIONS

The consumer has the right to withdraw from his purchase in accordance with the following provisions, provided that he is a natural person making a transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to his commercial or professional activity:

A. Right of withdrawal
The period for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, receives the last product of your order..

Because we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once it has started. If you have already received the products, a refund is not possible until you return them.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify us by email to info@hollis-toronto.com of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal will be valid when we have received the goods. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipments in transit
Since our products are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the products are already in transit, it is not possible to cancel them. Please wait until you receive them and then return them. However, you can notify us in advance of your intention to cancel.

To ensure a quick return, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation once the package is on its way.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding shipping costs (except for additional costs arising from choosing a different shipping method than the cheapest standard shipping method we offer). The refund will be made without undue delay and within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and notice of cancellation.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged additional fees for this refund.

NOTE: ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.
